General Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and confirmation
A reservation is only final after written confirmation from Hanami and receipt of any requested deposit. By making a reservation, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Number of guests
The number of guests may not exceed the number of beds or as agreed upon in the reservation.
3. Rates

Rates include gas, water, electricity, heating, and VAT. Rates exclude travel and cancellation insurance and other personal expenses.

4. Advance payment and payment
Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount may be requested. The balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price is due. If we are able to rent the room(s), the paid amounts will be refunded, minus any administration fees. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations so we can offer the available date to other guests.
6. Violations
The property reserves the right to deny access to guests for violation of the terms and conditions or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
7. Arrival and departure
Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM (or by appointment). Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible after consultation, subject to availability, and with an additional charge.
8. Linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are included. They can be changed during your stay upon request.
9. Parking
Free parking is available for the duration of your stay. Bicycles can also be stored free of charge. Parking is at your own risk; the property is not liable for damage or theft.
10. Use of the rooms and facilities
The rooms are only accessible to the guests booked. - Smoking is prohibited inside the building. - Pets are allowed provided that prior notice is given when booking. - Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the property, out of respect for the free-roaming animals in our garden and surroundings. - The swimming pond is used at your own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult. - Please treat the property and its facilities with care and respect.
11. Liability and damages
The guest is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or furnishings during their stay. Any costs for repairs or replacement will be charged. Hanami is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the guest's personal belongings.

12. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as fire, natural disasters, illness, government measures, etc.), Hanami may cancel or reschedule your reservation. In that case, the amount already paid will be fully refunded, without further liability.

13. Privacy
Personal data will only be used for reservation purposes and communication regarding your stay, in accordance with European privacy legislation (GDPR).
